OREANDA-NEWS. September 03, 2013. Sviaz-Bank’s branch in Novosibirsk has entered into a loan agreement with E4-SibKOTES CJSC, under which it has opened a revolving credit line of 100 million rubles to the company for a term of 24 months. The company will use the borrowed funds to increase its working capital.

The Bank has also given irrevocable guarantees of over 24 million rubes to the borrower under the terms of the agreement.

E4-SibKOTES CJSC is a member of the Group E4 OJSC engineering holding company and a leader on the Russian market for the design of power generation projects. Today, the company has operations in over 20 countries of the world and in almost all Russian regions.
