OREANDA-NEWS. In support of the "Affordable Housing for Young Families" Programme of the Moscow Government the Bank of Moscow in co-operation with the PIC Group has announced a joint promotion campaign to assist newlyweds in acquiring residential property on favourable terms. The Campaign is supported by the Moscow Civil Registry Administration.

Within the framework of the campaign newlyweds who entered into a marriage within the period of time from 30 August to 30 September 2013 will be given at the Civil Registry Office a discount coupon for a mortgage loan from the Bank of Moscow and for square metres from the PIC Group*. Such a coupon will help buy a new flat at a minimum interest rate, with a minimum initial payment and a comfortable amount of monthly repayment.

This offer can be made use of at Karetny Ryad and Smolensky Mortgage Loan Centres of the Bank of Moscow and ay the office of the PIC Group by producing the coupon and the marriage certificate issued within the period of time from 30 August to 30 September 2013.

We are happy to be art and part in such an event and to provide newlyweds with a real opportunity to buy the first flat of their own, for it is the house of one’s own which is the most important component of a close-knit and happy family", stressed out Elena Kuratkina, Deputy Head of the Pre-Sale Preparation and Marketing Administration of the PIC Group.

I hope our joint offer will become a real help for many of those who are buying their own housing property", noted Georgy Ter-Aristokesyants, Director of the Mortgage Loans Department of the Bank of Moscow.
