OREANDA-NEWS. In the course of International Aerospace Salon (MAKS-2013) Vnesheconombank entered into eight agreements:
* an agreement on cooperation with OJSC Gazprom Space Systems and LLC Gazprom Investproject. The parties intend to cooperate in implementing the following investment projects: Setting up a production facility for assembling domestic space vehicles for the Yamal communications systems and the space observation system SMOTR in the Moscow region in the city of Shchelkovo; Organizing the development of a space observation system SMOTR (including Arctica-R radar segment). Under the agreement Vnesheconombank is to explore the possibility of funding these projects.
* an agreement with the Moscow Region Government, OJSC Gazprom Space Systems, LLC Gazprom Investproject. The parties intend to cooperate in implementing a project on building a production facility to assemble space vehicles for the Yamal communications system and the observation system SMOTR on the territory of the Moscow region in the city of Shchelkovo. The new space production facility in the Moscow region is planned to produce about 4 advanced space vehicles per year with the use of advanced domestic and foreign technologies.
* an agreement with Moscow Region Government, Rostechnologies and the Russian Venture Company (RVC). The project provides for building a technopark on the territory of the Ramenskoye district in the Moscow region. The interagency Engineering Center of Precision Instrument -Making and In-Built Intelligent Systems is to become a basis and a system-forming element of the technopark.
* an agreement of intent on arranging funding the supply of aircraft to the Republic of Cuba with CJSC Roseximbank and OJSC Ilyushin Finance CO. Vnesheconombank and Roseximbank are to explore the possibility of funding the purchase of up to four aircraft An-148 and An-158 from OJSC Ilyushin Finance CO to lease the aircraft out later to Aviaimport S.A. (the Republic of Cuba). The planes are expected to be supplied in 2014-2015.
* an agreement with OJSC Transport Aircraft providing for the parties to cooperate in addressing top-priority objectives in government defence procurements and federal programs in defence and security aimed at enhancing defence industrial complex, upgrading and re-equipping defence enterprises as well as at organizing military and technical cooperation with foreign states.
* an agreement with OJSC the Ramenskoye Instrument-Making Design Bureau (RIMDB). Under the agreement the parties agreed to cooperate in addressing objectives of mid-term and long-term funding as part of implementing a project on the creation of a tecnopark on the territory of the Ramenskoye district in the Moscow region. RIMDB is to prepare an investment proposal and work out the technopark's feasibility study as well as assist in creating conditions for engaging investors. In its turn Vnesheconombank is to explore the possibility of funding this project.
* an agreement with OJSC the United Aircraft Construction Corporation (UACC). VEB and UACC agreed to cooperate in enhancing scientific and technical potential of defence industrial complex enterprises and in raising investments for advanced models of military hardware for technological modernization as well as in supporting the import of advanced production equipment for manufacturing competitive military products.
* an agreement with OJSC Concern Radio-Electronic Technologies. The parties intend to identify main lines of technological modernization and enhancing scientific and technical and production potential of defence industrial complex enterprises and explore the possibility of raising funds to finance projects on manufacturing advanced models of military and special equipment.
