OREANDA-NEWS. September 02, 2013. In July of this year, over 2.3 million people registered as VAT taxpayers, nearly 3.7 thousand blanks of certificates on registration of a payer were issued.

Overall, according to the data of the Ministry of Incomes and Fees as of August 1, 2013 244,3 thousand VAT payers registered in Ukraine. It is almost 10 thousand more than in the same period of last year. As of August 1, 2012 there are 234.4 thousand taxpayers.

Recall that experts of the Ministry of Incomes and Fees developed a draft law that simplified registration procedure for taxpayers. The bill supported by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

In particular, initiated reduction from three days to one day a term of reporting by banks and other financial institutions of the Ministry on the opening of accounts of taxpayers, as well as reporting by the Ministry of Incomes and Fees about taking such accounts to register or reject them.

The project also provides for the publication on a single web-portal of information about taking entities to the register in the Ministry of Incomes and Fees their registration as VAT payers and single tax, and abolishing the need for such evidence by the receipt of the copy of the register.
