OREANDA-NEWS. September 02, 2013. Sviaz-Bank’s BLIZKO Payment System lowers the rates its charges on money transfers to key destinations in Russia and CIS countries up to November 15, 2013, inclusive.

The average rate charged for a transfer across Russia amounts to only 0.6% of the amount transferred, or 40% less than it was before the rate cuts. Sending money from Russia and a majority of its neighboring countries will cost the sender between 0.5% to 0.8% of the amount transferred, or 50% less.

“We are consistently following the BLIZKO development strategy to expand our share of the market and win over more customers. The rate policy stands out for its healthy conservatism and stable prices of our services, and now we invite our customers to take this seasonal chance to send their money at attractive prices, the best option they can find on the market,” said Andrei Laikov, CEO of the BLIZKO Payment System.
