OREANDA-NEWS. At the MAKS-2013 airshow in Zhukovsky JSC Sberbank Leasing and JSC Irkut Corporation (member of UAC) have signed the supply agreement. The document had been signed by Chief Executive of JSC Sberbank Leasing Dmitry Yeroshok and President of JSC Irkut Corporation Oleg Demchenko.

The agreement provides the intention of JSC Sberbank Leasing to purchase and onward transfer to the financial and operational leasing of 20 MC-21 airliners with total catalog value of USD 1.7 bln. Aircraft are planned to be delivered to customers in the period of 2019-2025.

The signing of this agreement will facilitate the implementation of the UAC and the Sberbank of Russia joint projects in the field of leasing for renovation and modernization of the Russian airlines fleet as well as the further development of the domestic aircraft industry.
