OREANDA-NEWS. August 30, 2013. Moldtelecom’s ARPU made 95.4 lei (-14.5%), while the alternative suppliers - 44.1 lei (-24.7%), respectively.
Thus, as of late I half 2013 the market share of Moldtelecom declined by 0.83%- up to 96.5%, and the share of alternative suppliers increased and amounted to 3.5%.
The experts explain the increase in alternative suppliers revenue by the growth of their subscriber base through connecting the clients to the package with three or more services (fixed telephony, internet, TV, etc.).
