OREANDA-NEWS. August 30, 2013. The Government is to consider the draft law on the state control in the area of securing safety and quality of foodstuffs and fodder which is called to afford to harmonize the legislation of Ukraine with the EU Regulations and Directives. Prime Minister Mykola Azarov announced during a Government’s session.

According to Mykola Azarov, the draft document regulates issues of maintaining control over safety and quality of raw-material base used for production of foodstuffs.

“Such control will simplify access for products by Ukrainian producers to the EU markets,” the Prime Minister is convinced.
