OREANDA-NEWS. August 30, 2013. The Government will determine the concept National state program on development of small and average entrepreneurship for the 10 years to come. Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov announced in the course of the session of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

According to Mykola Azarov, small and average entrepreneurship is the most dynamic element of the economy, it reacts flexibly to the changes of market conjuncture, capable of creating new workplaces fast in the periods when industry suffers shortening of demand on foreign markets.

“That’s why among the principal factors of sustainable economic development appears strengthening of positions of small and average businesses in general structure of the national economics, raising its competitiveness, development of innovational entrepreneurship etc.,” the Premier believes.

This issue is to be solved in the National state program on development of small and average entrepreneurship for the nearest 10 years, the Concept of which will be considered by the Government during the session today.
