OREANDA-NEWS. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company branch in Sochi insured the Olympic facility Selo Nekrasovskoye Cultural and Historical Center located in Imereti Lowland and residential block on Tavricheskaya Street in Adlersky district of the city of Sochi. The agreement for the total insurance sum of over RUB 435 m was concluded with Olympstroy State Corporation.

Pursuant to the agreement, 75 apartment houses are subject to insurance, which were constructed specially for resettlement of dwellers of Imereti Lowland, whose houses were on the way of Olympic construction. Insurance coverage provides for indemnification of such risks as fire, lightning stroke, gas explosion, natural disasters, water damage, explosion, burglary and robbery as well as malicious actions by third parties, running-down by land vehicles, falling of piloted aircrafts and their fragments. The agreement is effective till 31 May 2014.

Selo Nekrasovskoye Cultural and Historical Center in Imereti Lowland is located to the east of the Olympic Park in immediate proximity to the sea. Residential development supposes construction of individual 1- to 4-floor cottages with attic floors. First families moved into the new houses in Nekrasovskoye settlement in July of 2010.

Olympstroy State Corporation is the state corporation for construction of Olympic facilities and development of the city of Sochi as mountain climate resort. It was incorporated based on the Federal Law FZ No.238 dated 30 October 2007. The corporation carries out management functions and coordinates designing and constructing of Olympic facilities in Sochi, organizes operation of facilities, conducts public tenders as well as keeps track of the progress of the Olympic facilities construction and associated events.
