OREANDA-NEWS. August 29, 2013. The payment of August’s pensions has been completed in Ukraine. This was announced by Director of Retirement and Social Security of Disabled People of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine Mykola Shambir.

"From the beginning of the month UAH 20 billion 536.1 million was transferred and paid. This amount will fully satisfy the monthly need for money," he said.

Mykola Shambir noted that the payments as required by the day payment schedule, there were on time from 4 to 25 August.

"This month, as in previous months, funding was on time and in full, which allowed citizens to receive timely August’s pension payments. This issue is under special control of the Ministry of Social Policy and personally Nataliya Korolevska," he said.

Overall, since the beginning of the year, according to Mykola Shambir to finance pension payments were directed more than UAH 166 billion.
