Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group (“NCSP Group” or the “Group”) (LSE: NCSP, Moscow Exchange: NMTP) on 29 August 2013 plans to announce its condensed consolidated financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2013. The Group will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the results on the same day.

The 1H 2013 IFRS financial statements will be made available on the Group's website on 29 August 2013 by 12:00 Moscow time.
