OREANDA-NEWS. August 27, 2013. IC Allianz has launched a new voluntary health insurance information system Diasoft FA# Insurance, Medical in all the regions where the company is present. The system offered by Diasoft Company is one of the most advanced products in the domestic market.

The system had initially been started in the Allianz head office in Moscow and the operations centre in Voronezh in the summer of 2012. In July 2013, all the branches of IC Allianz switched over to the Diasoft software. The regional managers in 63 healthcare management departments of IC Allianz now share a single system and operate by uniform standards in a uniform information environment.

Experts from Diasoft assisted in automating the basic operational processes in VHI including contracts and agreements with customers and prevention and treatment facilities, printing of policies, loss settlement, medical expert examinations, and the healthcare help desk.

The use of the Diasoft FA# Insurance, Medical in regions reduces the time spent to draw up insurance documents, increases the quality of underwriting, contracts management and health maintenance organisation, and ultimately improves the quality of service provided to policy holders.
