OREANDA-NEWS. Mobile TeleSystems OJSC (“MTS” - NYSE: MBT), the leading telecommunications provider in Russia and the CIS, announces completion of the dividend payment for the fiscal year 2012.

The dividend for the fiscal year 2012 amounted to total of RUB 30.2 billion or RUB 14.6 per ordinary MTS share (approximately RUB 29.2 per ADR).
