OREANDA-NEWS. August 26, 2013. The leading China-based integrated oilfield equipment and service provider Hilong is pleased to announce that Hilong's OCTG coating plant in Sichuan has commenced operations as of August 10th. This is the 11th OCTG coating plant opened by Hilong worldwide.

The business scope of Hilong'sSichuan OCTG coating plant, which is situated in Gaoping District, Nanchong, Sichuan Province, includes internal coating service for drill pipes, oil casing and tubing, linepipes, drilling fluid recurrence manifolds and rectangular tubes, as well as hardbanding application for drilling tools and accessories.

The market for the plant includes CNPC's Sichuan Oilfield and SINOPEC's Southwestern Gas and Oil Field, which mainly comprises gas production fields.
