OREANDA-NEWS. August 26, 2013. The process of Sberbank Corporate Business unit restructuring is coming to its end. As part of it, the roles of certain key executives to be changed.

Following the integration of Troika Dialog to Sberbank Group, Andrey Donskih will focus on the development of the Group’s integrated corporate investment business, as Deputy Chairman of the Board and Head of Sberbank CIB. Alexander Bazarov, as a member of the Board, will take over as Deputy Head of Sberbank CIB. Ruben Vardanyan will become Advisor to the President, Chairman of the Board of Sberbank of Russia. Svetlana Sagaidak will become Senior Vice President with her area of responsibility including clients of large, medium and small businesses, as well as regional and municipal authorities.
