Rosneft President, Board Members Increase Stakes in Charter Capital
OREANDA-NEWS. August 26, 2013. Rosneft President and members of the Management Board have increased their interests in the Company’s charter capital as follows:
Igor Sechin, President, Chairman of the Management Board of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0% to 0.0075%
Larisa Kalanda, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased her holding from 0.0118% to 0.0168%
Yuri Kalinin, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0% to 0.0001%
Didier Casimiro, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0% to 0.0011%
Peter Lazarev, member of the Management Board, Financial director of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0.0011% to 0.0027%
Igor Pavlov, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0.000003% to 0.0010%
Andrey Votinov, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0% to 0.00001%
Rosneft’s management participation in the charter capital is in line with best international practices and is also an integral part of Rosneft corporate culture. Executives are incentivized to improve the Company’s performance, as well as its operating and financial results.
