OREANDA-NEWS. August 26, 2013. In July 2013, the volume of mortgage loans issued by Moldovan banks to individuals in lei compared with the previous month increased by 25.7% - up to 72.8 million lei.

As it was informed in the National Bank, in July 2013 loans for construction were issued at an average interest rate of 10.39% (10,18% in June 2013).

The average interest rate for construction loans from 1 to 2 years amounted to 16.23% p.a., for a period of 2 to 5 years - 11.56% p.a. and over 5 years - 10 22%.
