OREANDA-NEWS. August 23, 2013. In the 1st half of 2013, the production of sawmill Segezhsky LDK (Segezha, the Republic of Karelia, part of the Investlesprom holding) increased by 3.2 times to 40.6 thousand m3 year-on-year, as the company said in the statement.

During the period, 107 thousand m3 of wood raw material were processed (it increased by 3.5 times year-on year). Deliveries of pulpchips at the Seghezhsky pulp and paper mill increased by 5 times up to 43 thousand m3.

Exports increased by 4.6 times year-on-year - in the 1st half of 2013, about 36 thousand m3 of lumber were shipped abroad, 4.7 thousand m3 were sold in the domestic market (compared to January-June 2012, it increased by 3.3 times).
