Revenues of Moldovan Budget 5,1% Down in January- July
OREANDA-NEWS. August 22, 2013. Revenues of the state budget were MDL 11 billion 744.3 million in January- July 2013, 5.1% or MDL 625.3 million down as compared with the target. They grew MDL 1 billion 031.7 million (9.6%) up as compared with the same period of 2012, the Ministry of Finance informs. Principal revenues of the state budget made up MDL 10 billion 598.8 million, 2.6% (MDL 287 million) less than those budgeted.
They grew MDL 1 billion 017.2 million (10.6%) as compared with the same period of 2012. Budget-financed state institutions accumulated on their accounts receipts from special funds at a amount of MDL 375 million, 84.6% of the target. They decreased MDL 275.8 million (55.4%) as compared with the same period of 2012, because since January, 1, 2013 high school budgets have become financially autonomous. Revenues of special funds made up MDL 206.8 million in January-July, 2013, 29.2% more of what was budgeted.
They grew MDL 11.8 million (6.1%) as compared with the same period of 2012. Incomes from the projects backed by external sources were MDL 573.2 million, making 63.1% or down MDL 335.8 million of what was budgeted. Grants made up MDL 543.9 million of this sum, including MDL 5.6 million of internal grants and MDL 538.3 million of external ones. Expenditures of the state budget of Moldova made up MDL 12 billion 378.4 million, which was 85% of the target.
They grew MDL 826.6 million (7.2%) as compared with the same period of 2012. The deficit of the state budget of Moldova amounted to MDL 634.1 million within the 7 months of 2013 and was covered from revenues from sales of state securities (MDL 275.7 million), external loans (MDL 457.2 million), sales of state property (MDL 32.3 million) and other sources.
