OREANDA-NEWS. Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, reports an appointment of Yelena Ivanova as chief human resources officer at Tele2 Russia. In this position Yelena will be in charge of strategic HR management and development in all Tele2 Russia regions.

Yelena Ivanova will supervise developing the Tele2 Russia organizational structure, managing the operator’s policy in compensation and benefits, recruitment and training as well as internal communications.

 As chief human resources officer Yelena will also be in charge of building up talent pool, drafting mechanisms and procedures to contribute to Tele2 Russia overall organizational effectiveness.

Yelena Ivanova graduated from the Moscow State Linguistic University holding a degree in applied linguistics and the Lomonosov Moscow State University, department of psychology, with a degree in HR management.

 Starting from 2000 Yelena held different leading positions in HR management in such companies as Coca Cola Company (Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia), the Prodo holding company and Danone Nutricia (Russia and Kazakhstan).

 In 2012-2013 Yelena worked as chief human resources officer of the Cherkizovo Group.

 In August 2013 Yelena Ivanova took up the post of chief human resources officer at Tele2 Russia.
