OREANDA-NEWS. August 21, 2013. Party Secretary of the Group and President of the Corporation Xu Siwei paid a visit to Shanxi Taiyuan Iron and Steel Group. Both parties exchanged ideas on further mutually beneficial cooperation. Chairman of the Board Li Xiaobo, President Gao Xiangming and other leaders of Taiyuan Steel greeted President Xu with warm reception. The Standing Member of the Party Committee of the Group and Vice President of the Corporation Zhang Jinghua accompanied the visit. 

In the discussion, President Xu briefly looked back mutual cooperation and introduced the current status of Sinosteel. President Xu said Sinosteel had strong advantages in providing the steel industry with comprehensive set and integrated services. The broad coverage and complete varieties would meet the needs of steel plants. Sinosteel and Taiyuan Steel had a long history of cooperation. With broad cooperation space in the future, both parties expected to further expand business joints to provide Taiyuan Steel with more and better services to achieve complementary advantages and win-win result. 

The Chairman of the Board Li Xiaobo warmly welcomed President Xu and his delegation, and gave a brief introduction to Taiyuan Steel. He said that for years Taiyuan Steel and Sinosteel had kept good cooperative relations in many businesses. He hoped that both parties may further expand fields of cooperation, enhance communication and complete each other’s advantages for stronger competency.
