OREANDA-NEWS. August 20, 2013. The Government has approved a draft law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Article 229 of the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding some issues of bioethanol production."

This bill provides simplification of licensing procedures in the production of bioethanol for the development of bioethanol and biofuels production in Ukraine.

In addition, the draft law proposes to regulate the issue regarding setting of a ban to companies which produce and store ethanol and bioethanol, including a ban on the production and storage of ethyl by separate departments of the same company, in which produce bioethanol, which would prevent illegal circulation of excisable goods.
