The Bank's strong competitive standing and vast geographic footprint, high diversification of active transactions by customers as well as a good balance of assets and liabilities, by their maturities, in the short and mid-terms were noted as positive factors.

The Agency notes the high share of troubled and bad loans in the Bank's loan portfolio and significant business concentration on unsecured products as the factors having a negative impact on the rating.
