OREANDA-NEWS. August 16, 2013. A traditional contest among the filling station operators, mechanics, electrical fitters, tanker operators and superintendants was held at "Tatneft-AZS Center". 32 employees from 8 branches of the Company were competing for the title of the best in the profession of 2013.

The professional skills contest of "Tatneft-AZS Center" has been held since 2001 at the grounds of filling station No. 17 in Almetyevsk. Such contest not only improves the skills of the participants, but also encourages all the employees of the Company as a whole to be active, ensure qualitative implementation of every-day tasks and enhance the image of TATNEFT Company.

The contest was attended by the representatives of the branches located in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as those in Samara and Ulyanovsk regions, the Chuvash Republic, the Udmurt Republic and the Republic of Mari El, who had taken first place by the results of the professional skills contests held earlier in the branches.

The contest consisted of two stages: theoretical and practical ones. At the first stage of the contest the participants were tested for knowledge of the questions related with their activity profile, rules of industrial safety and labor protection. At the second stage, the participants demonstrated their practical skills.

Darrell Smith, a representative of "Lean Coaching", was watching the competition events this time. Today, this Company is working on implementing the project "Lean Production" at "Tatneft-AZS Center". According to the guest's opinion, the corporate traditions are strong at the enterprises of TATNEFT and the work with the personnel has been organized quite competently.
As a result of the contest among the filling station operators Regina Sidorova of the Almetyevsk branch won the first place, second was Olga Kashina from the Bavly branch and Lilya Akhmadishina, Chelny branch station operator, closed the list of the top three winners.

Julia Fatyhova, Representative of the Chelny branch was named the best among the tanker filling operators, Catherine Vagizova of the Bavly branch, took the second place and Dinara Gilfanova of the Kazan branch was the third.

Il'shat Galiullin of the Almetyevsk branch was the best among the electrical fitters, the second place was given to Denis Krinkov, representative of the Chuvash branch and the third was Andrey Sorokin, an employee of the Bavly branch.

Among the filling superintendants there was nobody to measure up to Airat Sharafiev from the Almetyevsk branch, the second place was awarded to Evgeny Morunov from the Bavly branch, while Andrey Kondratyev, filling station superintendant of the Samara branch closed the top three winners.

In addition to the awards and valuable prizes, the winners of the professional skills contest of "Tatneft-AZS Center" got the salary increments in the amount of 15 per cent during the year.
