OREANDA-NEWS. August 16, 2013. Mandatory medical examinations of schoolchildren will be carried both in schools and in health care institution. This was started by Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov at a session of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

“This year mandatory medical examination of students is on special control, PM stressed. - Approximately in half of the regions medical examinations of students, at the request of parents, who were used to such a system, will be carried at schools, while others on the base of health care settings. Life shows in each case what the system will be more comfortable and better.”

Prime Minister noted that “the main thing is that all medical examinations will be carried efficiently and medical advice to be provided to all children and their parents.”
