OREANDA-NEWS. August 15, 2013. According to “Lara” Real Estate Agency, in July 2013 1 sq. m. of 1-room apartment in Botanica costs 610-736 euro, in Buiucani - 686-720 euro, in the Center - 715-839 euro; Ciocana - 674-687 euro, at Riscanovca - 679-723 euro.

The price of two-room apartments was as follows: Botanica- 570-678 euro per 1 square meter, Buiucani - 674-685 euro, Center - 694-758 euro; Ciocana - 627-676 euro, Riscanovca - 655-712 euro. The cost of 1 sq. km. m in 3-room flats in Botanica was 517-609 euro, Buiucani - 576-592 euro, Center - 596-554 euro; Ciocana - 552-626 euro, Riscanovca - 586-626 euro. One square meter in 4-room apartment costs 468-547 euro in Botanica, 535-547 euro in Buiucani; 532-586 euro - in the Center; 497-553 euro –in Ciocana; 547-569 euro - in Riscanovca.

As InfoMarket agency has informed before, the last change in prices was registered in May 2013 - they decreased by 7 euro (1.2%) after 7 months level of EUR 590 per 1 sq. m. In 2012, the average market price of 1 sq. m. of apartments in Chisinau was 590 euro (-2.3% compared to 2011). Over 2011, the prices for apartments in Chisinau decreased from 614 up to 604 euro per 1 sq. m.
