OREANDA-NEWS. The subsidiary of the Kirov Group Universalmash was ranked second in production of special machines and their components according to this year's Russia's Leader business rating.

The business rating “Russia's Leader” is held annually and is based on official federal statistical data. Universalmash was ranked second among 50 other enterprises of similar industry. Floating assets, current liabilities, shareholder's funds, enterprise balance and net profit were among the criteria used for the rating. The subsidiary of the Kirov Group received a federal certification and a golden medal in the category of production of special machines and their components.

More than 6.5 million enterprises took part in this year's rating and provided their financial and production data. More than 50 various statistical and financial data were analyzed for the rating. The key criteria were the scale of manufacturing and paying capacity, social contribution of an enterprise and its investment attractiveness.
