OREANDA-NEWS. August 13, 2013. On July 3, 1983 passed a Dwelling Code in Moldova. At the moment, many provisions of this law are pretty much outdated.

 That is why there was approved new draft bill on housing by the Parliament. It has to modernize and reorganize housing aspects, in particular, change housing regulation and control systems.

There are also specific rules on housing re-planning introduced as well as some rent questions solved. From now on there would be no ambiguity in housing due to new draft bill.
