OREANDA-NEWS. August 13, 2013. The SORAINEN Latvian office advised DATAMED, a telemedicine and healthcare software developer, on trade mark registration issues.

The Latvian Patent Office issued a provisional refusal to one of the client’s trade mark applications. SORAINEN drafted a statement of defence against this refusal. Following this statement, the Patent Office declared the trade mark registerable.
