OREANDA-NEWS. One of the leading investment companies in Azerbaijan Synergy Group has started construction of a fiber-cement factory in collaboration with an Austrian company.

The Company reports that by introducing best practices in design, engineering, and construction, meanwhile striving for customer satisfaction through application of innovative technologies, once again "Synergy Group" OJSC became a flagman company  with this initiative.

"The plant will be launched in the beginning of 2015,” it was informed.

Fibro cement is used as a high-quality and competitive building material for roofing and facade panels, partitions and interior. This material may successfully replace asbestos material, which is a potential threat to health and the cause of cancer.

Synergy Group is investing in a number of strategic industries with high-growth potential and successfully manages a dynamic portfolio of business consisting of 24 different companies. Currently, the number of employees in all companies is over  900 people.
