OREANDA-NEWS. The representatives of Daimler AG responsible for different activities of the company are being at KAMAZ with a working visit.

During a week, the guests will visit KAMAZ’s enterprises and participate in negotiations on long-term cooperation, including reengineering of production and creating a common pool of suppliers.

Also, the German experts will visit some factories and enterprises of the company and will be able to see the preproduction of a long-haul tractor KAMAZ-5490 the launch of serial production of which is scheduled for this September. They will see a cab assembly conveyor at the Automobile Plant, a KAMAZ engine line and a Cummins engine line at the Engine Plant and CUMMINS KAMA JV. They will visit the Research and Development Center of KAMAZ, the Press and Stamping Plant, joint ventures ZF KAMA and Federal Mogul Naberezhnye Chelny.
