OREANDA-NEWS. August 12, 2013. These laws introduce new approaches in countering tax evasion, ensuring the activity of the newly-established Ministry of Income and Fees, improving environmental situation in the country through utilization of obsolete vehicles, strengthening control over the fulfillment of operations and reduction of manipulations in the stock market.

President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych signed laws that introduce new approaches in countering tax evasion, ensuring the activity of the newly-established Ministry of Income and Fees, improving environmental situation in the country through utilization of obsolete vehicles, strengthening control over the fulfillment of operations and reduction of manipulations in the stock market.

These laws are:

Law “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on Transfer Pricing”;

Laws “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine due to the Holding of Administrative Reform”, “On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine due to the Holding of Administrative Reform”, “On Amendments to Several Legislative Acts of Ukraine due to the Holding of Administrative Reform”;

Laws “On Utilization of Means of Transport”, “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on the Payment of Environmental Tax for Utilization of Obsolete Means of Transport and the Improvement of Certain Tax Rules”;

Law “On Amendments to Several Laws of Ukraine on the Status and Conditions of Functioning of the Accounting Center on the Service of Contracts in Financial Markets”.
