OREANDA-NEWS. Krasnodar branch of the Bank of Moscow has entered into a loan agreement with OAO Centre of Technology Transfer of Omega Construction Complex of the Krasnodar Territory to the amount of 3 billion RUR for the term of 12 months. The purpose of the loan is financing of the working capital.

ОАО Centre of Technology Transfer of Omega Construction Complex of the Krasnodar Territory (Omega Centre) was organised in 1997. The core business of the enterprise is the provision of engineering services in the sphere construction. In 2009 Omega Centre, in accordance with the decision of the Russian Federation Government was appointed the key developer of the sites envisaged by the Olympic Site Construction and Sochi Mountain Climatic Resort Development Programme. Olympic infrastructure sites such as the Covered Skiing Centre, Main Media Centre, Hotel Complex, Representation Centre and Formula 1 race track are in Omega Centre’s responsibility zone.

"For the Bank of Moscow financing of such an organization as Omega Centre which is responsible for the construction of Olympic sites and Formula 1 race track, is not only performance under the financial and credit market development agreement signed earlier with the Government of the Krasnodar Territory but also sort of a mission of honour taking part in the preparation of an event of global significance," noted Maxim Kokorin, Vice President of the Bank of Moscow.
