OREANDA-NEWS. The sum total of Vologdaenergosbyt indebtedness to the grid company is in excess of 695.3 mln RUR.

The Arbitration Court of the Vologda Region took decision on collection of 124.877 thousand RUR from Vologda Retail Company, JSC (aka Vologdaenergosbyt) for the benefit of IDGC of the North-West, JSC. According to the court decision Vologdaenergosbyt, JSC is to repay to IDGC of the North-West 119,154 thousand RUR of indebtedness for electric energy transmission services provided in January-February 2013, 5,523 thousand RUR of penalty interest for use of another’s monetary assets and 200 thousand RUR of compensation for expenses on state charge payment. Being considered in court as of July 1, 2013 are claims of IDGC of the North-West against Vologda Retail Company in connection with indebtedness overdue amounting to 558 mln RUR. The sum total of Vologdaenergosbyt indebtedness to the grid company is in excess of 695.3 mln RUR.
