OREANDA-NEWS. August 07, 2013. SORAINEN Estonia advised ENERGOMONTAJ, a Romanian based mechanical equipment manufacturer and fitter in the field of electrical and thermal power supply, petroleum and natural gas processing and transportation, in setting up a branch in Estonia.

The local branch will carry out company business activities in construction of a 300MW Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) boiler for a new power plant in Estonia.

SORAINEN also advised on taxation, corporate and employment matters, especially related to secondment of a large number of employees to the Estonian construction site.
