OREANDA-NEWS. August 06, 2013. Analytical Group of the Interagency Commission on Combating illegal acquisition and merger of companies noted that the relevant public policy should achieve a clear and systematic institutional framework.

During the meeting of the analytical group, materials for each of the complaints of excessive administrative burdens and onerous nature of business, as well as complaints of illegal deprivation of property for more detailed consideration at a meeting of Anti-raiding Commission to be held soon were prepared.

In particular, members of the group considered 12 complaints and appeals of enterprises member of the European Business Association and the appeals that were given during the meeting of the head of Commission with ambassadors of EU member states.

Today, August 2, for each of them assignments and references to relevant ministries and agencies have been signed and submitted, to hold checks for the presence of disturbances.

However, during the meeting it was analyzed the situation with the protection of intellectual property rights of foreign investors for inventions and utility models. In this regard appropriate instructions for the preparation of legislative changes also were are prepared.

In addition, the parties discussed the legal definition of "raiding" and foresight in the national legislation of criminal responsibility for participation and promotion of "raiding".

The members of the analytical group stated that state anti-raiding policy should be systematic and has institutional framework. The main mechanisms of its implementation should be the adoption and implementation of the State Anti-raidering Program.
