OREANDA-NEWS. August 06, 2013. Beltelecom launches a new service "Mobile office" which is provided within the service "Electronic document management". This service allows to organize a specialized mobile workplace for the heads of organization.

Service presupposes installation of specialized software at the equipment provided by the customer (tablet, laptop, etc.)

As part of the implemented workplace, head of the organization can perform the following operations:

- document reviewing;

- commenting and editing of the text of document;

- signing/visaing of documents using electronic digital signature;

- imposition of resolutions.

Imposition of resolutions is possible using typical resolutions (templates), handwritten imposition of resolutions as well as creation of audio-resolutions.

Operation of the service is possible both on-line and off-line (when connection is restoring, data is updating). To authorize the remote user, network authorization under allocating access details is performed.
