OREANDA-NEWS. Navratna PSU, National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has bagged the Gem Granites Environment Award for the year 2012-13, by Federation of Indian Mineral Industries (FIMI), for its contributions towards environment management at the Panchpatmali Bauxite Mines, in Koraput, Odisha. On behalf of the Company, Shri Ansuman Das, Chairman-cum-Managing Director received the award from Shri Dinsha J. Patel, Hon’ble Union Minister of Mines, Govt. of India, at New Delhi yesterday.

On this occasion, Shri S. S. Mahapatra, Director (Production), also received a citation from Hon’ble Minister for environment protection and sustainable mining.
