OREANDA-NEWS. In accordance with previously announced information, Alliance Oil has completed an issue of a total of 2,280,000 preference shares. As a result of this new share issue, the number of shares and votes in Alliance Oil has changed.

As per July 31, 2013, the total number of shares amounts to 178,808,414, of which 171,528,414 are common shares and 7,280,000 are preference shares. The total number of votes amounts to 172,256,414, of which the common shares represent 171,528,414 votes and the preference shares 728,000 votes.

This information constitutes an announcement of an increase in the number of shares and votes pursuant to Chapter 4, Section 9, first paragraph of the Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980).
