OREANDA-NEWS. The annual Business Today-PeopleStrong Survey has ranked L&T among the Top 5 companies to work for, and the first in the Engineering & Automotive sector.

Respondents to the survey in the age group of 46-55 years have ranked L&T ahead of Google, Accenture, Infosys, and ABB.

This is the twelfth edition of the annual BT ‘Best Companies to Work For’ in India survey. The purpose of the study was to understand the perceptions and aspirations of employees across industry. It also aimed to provide feedback to companies on what the employee marketplace thinks of them, which qualities in a company are considered as important and which factors attract people.

The survey was conducted between March 15 and April 24, 2013. A total of 6310 respondents took part. Around 8

per cent of the respondents were women. The respondent base was relatively young and drawn from a large number of companies.
