OREANDA-NEWS. Centravis supports Uktrtruboprom (national tube manufacturers assosiation) in initiation of anti-dumping investigation against seamless stainless steel tubes & pipes imports from China. Over the past few years imports from China to Ukraine increased by 3.5 times, the consumption pattern changed to lower quality products whereby forming imbalance affecting the structure of domestic market.

The investigation is a necessary continuation of the ongoing process in EU and in Customs Union coming down to the study and analysis of similar products import from China followed by taking the steps to protect domestic market from dumping. In our opinion the above step will help to minimize refocusing the supplies from EU and Customs Union to Ukrainian market and prevent further growth of low quality tubes & pipes imports from China.
