The ranking was compiled from the top 100 Russian banks by asset size as of January 1, 2013, which disclosed information on the number of employees in their quarterly securities reports. The ranking provides an opportunity to analyze the efficiency of each bank’s employees.

Vneshprombank Ltd. ranks 11th in the Banki.ru rating. Almost all leaders of the rating are banks which are not universal but are leaders in their respective niches.
