OREANDA-NEWS. July 31, 2013. The FBK Economic and Law School (ELS) held a seminar for the staff of Moscow Regional Security Center (RSC) of RZhD and other branches of Moscow railway under the socially significant project of Instructing on personal security.

Legal in-job training – an effective means of person crime prevention. The participants in the workshop got practical manuals on personal security.

The project is implemented under the President Grants Program of Government support to non-profit and non-governmental organizations (NGO) for the implementation of socially significant projects in protecting the human rights and freedoms, in public legal education.

The governmental support funds used for the project implementation are allocated as grants in accordance with the instruction of the Russian Federation President of 3 May 2012  № 216.
