OREANDA-NEWS. BTA Bank JSC (hereinafter - Bank) kindly informs that according to recommendations of the Committee on appointments, remuneration and social issues of the Board of Directors of the Bank, the Board of Directors made the following resolutions (Resolution No.22 dated July 30, 2013):

1. To elect Mr. Kadyrzhan K. Damitov as the Chairman of the Management Board of BTA Bank JSC with effect from August 5, 2013, for one year.

2. To elect Managing Director, member of the Management Board of BTA Bank JSC Ms. Janna D. Akhmetzhanova as the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of BTA Bank JSC for one year.

3. To elect Managing Director - Director of Financial Controlling Department of BTA Bank JSC Ms. Rimma Ye. Ilyassova as the Managing Director, member of the Management Board of BTA Bank JSC for one year.
