OREANDA-NEWS. July 30, 2013. Special formula rubbers have rolled off the production line of the largest enterprise of “PARK” project petrochemical cluster.

To receive this product, plant experts had changed latex formulation, which is one of rubber’s composite components. They had increased quantity of stearic emulsifiers and decreased quantity of colophony in the blend. 62 tons of industrial pilot sample of rubbers with lowered adhesiveness will be delivered to customers for further testing.

Rubbers with lowered adhesiveness can be used for production of industrial rubber goods having high resistance for abrasion. Usage of longer-lasting products is one of the requirements of modern ecological design and includes, in turn, reducing the impact on the environment due to resource saving and reduction of emissions of substances generated by abrasion.

Current plant facilities, such as modern laboratory equipment, salt-free coagulation method usage in production of rubber, latex counter-degassing, and technological process control system based on the latest measurement technology) allow taking into account the requirements of each customer and manufacture products according to individual recipe specification. For example, in march 2013 the plant received a lot of "green" rubbers. Theirs distinguishing feature was a presence of refined oil, which is used for manufacturing of latex and an antioxidant, prolonging shelf life of the product up to one year.
