OREANDA-NEWS. Management board member of Nordecon Betoon OU (subsidiary of Nordecon AS) Toomas Toompuu gave a notice to the council asking to be withdrawn from the management board of Nordecon Betoon OU effective as of 16 August 2013. Mr Toompuu leaves the company on his own initiative in order to take a position in a family business.

The council has decided not to add a new member of the board for now and the management board of Nordecon Betoon OU will consist of one member.

Nordecon is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine and Finland. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia.
