OREANDA-NEWS. July 26, 2013. Sviaz-Bank’s branch in Kaliningrad celebrated its seventh birthday. The branch develops dynamically and at 2012 year-end it demonstrated one of the highest performance rate among all the regional Bank’s offices.

According to Branch Manager Elena Zayderbit, the branch’s team is incredibly ambitious and along with achieving its topical business goals, it aims to contribute more to the development of regional economics, participate in social projects of Kaliningrad Region, enabling military personnel and public sector workers to acquire real property.

Also the branch offers mortgage loans to buy apartments in new projects under construction in Kaliningrad. Six new houses are already available.

One of the Bank’s top priorities is developing relations with corporate clients who are provided with settlement and cash services, corporate lending and payroll card programs.
