Lietuvos energija, AB (company code 302648707, registered office at Elektrines str. 21, Elektrenai) in accordance with the Article 25 (4) of the Law on Legal Entities received the proposal of the shareholder UAB Visagino atomine elektrine on extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Lietuvos energija, AB that is convened on 29 July 2013 to elect as a Members of the Supervisory Board of Lietuvos energija, AB :

Mr Dalius Misiunas (place of residence and personal code not for disclosure),

Mr Liudas Liutkevicius (place of residence and personal code not for disclosure),

Mr Pranas Vilkas (place of residence and personal code not for disclosure) (independent member).

UAB Visagino atomine elektrine, in accordance with the amendment of the Article 18 of the Law on Companies, which entered into force on July 14, 2013, also have proposed the new edit of Articles of Association. Articles of Association are amended in accordance with the amendments of the Law on Companies (enclosed).

UAB Visagino atomine elektrine has been currently controlling 96.13% of the shares of Lietuvos energija, AB.
