OREANDA-NEWS. Based on the manufacturers’ results in January-June, ASM Holding analysts have corrected their last month’s Russia vehicle production forecast for the full year 2013. The current 2013 output forecast is as follows: passenger cars - 1,937,493 units (of them foreign models 1,348,033 units); trucks - 202,236 units (of them foreign models 30,989 units); buses - 57,247 units (of them foreign models 10,759 units). The forecast of car production lags behind the last five years’ best result (1,968,789 units in 2012) by 1.6%, while annual forecasts of truck and bus output yield to the best production results of 2008 by 20.3% and 14.6% respectively.
